2-Click on the REGISTRATION which is in YELLOW color.

3-Click on the small size LOG IN on the right hand side of the bottom of the page and Enter your personal and username and upload the shown information and photos.

Exhibitors or their representatives who intend to construct their own allocated stand areas are requested to contact the SABANAFT COMPANY staff responsible for review and approval of the intended CONSTRUCTION PLAN and issuance of permit for carrying the required construction or other materials inside the exhibition area by not later than Monday APRIL 21, 2014.

Without the receipt of such a permit, the exhibitors will face serious difficulties with the exhibition authorities. Please review the Terms and Regulations displayed on the OIL SHOW website.

All exhibitors are hereby requested to email full information on their companies including Company Name, Address, Contact Numbers including Telephones and Fax numbers, Website, short description of Major Products and Services and their base countries to the Exhibition Organizer Secretariat Office via   for review before transmission to personnel responsible for publication of the EXHIBITION BOOK not later than April 20, 2014. We regret to advise that the delay on this data transmission may cause the companies particulars not to be published and regretfully we cannot accept the responsibility.

All foreign visitors are informed that they do not have to register for visiting the exhibition as they are only required to purchase a local currency entrance ticket at the Exhibition Center gate. For Iran entry visa the visitors are to contact the Amin Agency of Travel and International Tours.

With due appreciation for large number of companies who will participate in the Nineteenth Oil, Gas, Refinery and Petrochemical Exhibition and the delay in payment of fees on the pre-announced deadline   date by a number of them who are now removed from the list of pre-registered applicants and we extend our apologies to the latter applicants.The new exhibition applicants are now invited to apply for the stand areas now available as of ten o’clock am of Saturday March1, 2014 via the OILSHOW website.

Please carefully review the related guidelines on the website in order to finalize the registration without any delay.

This is to inform all exhibitors that ref. letter no. 92/41/23881 dated Jan.14,2014 issued by the Iran International Exhibition Company the fees of Euro 348 per square meter for not constructed indoor stand and Euro 358 per square meter for constructed indoor stand and Euro 215 for outdoor space per square meter are finalized and not changed for the 19^th International Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemical Exhibition.

We hereby inform all participants that at present no company is yet selected for publication of the 19^th EXHIBITION BOOK. We will announce the full particular of the selected publisher company including its name, contact numbers as soon as it is selected.

We should mention that no priority is considered with completion date of Pre - Registration Form and the main reason is for collecting information on interested participants.
